From four divisions to one collaboration
Hybrid Discovery’s intended product connects a research question to evidence, relevant expertise, appropriate information and a reviewed output. The expanded research journey explains how Clinical, Vault, Trials and AI contribute different responsibilities to that process.
The example follows two hypothetical institutions asking how recovery patterns differ after surgery. It contains no real study, participant records or clinical findings. Its purpose is to make the proposed handoffs and decisions understandable.
Keep the boundary visible
Identifiable originals, contact details and linkage keys stay with the originating custodian. The required sharing model admits only an anonymized derivative that passes the applicable review for a specific purpose and recipient. A failed, missing or stale assessment blocks release.
The Trust page traces that information flow and explains why preparation, permission and output review are distinct decisions. Publishing an explanation does not establish that a medical anonymization service is operational.
Know what is available today
The public website, corporate resources, Hybrid-ID access into an empty Discovery workspace and signed ecosystem membership are available foundations. A private fixed-fixture synthetic laboratory exercises narrow review and release controls. Medical deposits, collaboration tools, study enrollment and AI services remain planned.
The next product milestone is one resource class and one bounded collaboration with actual custody and release contracts, tested first with synthetic material. Real-data use requires separate institutional and operational readiness.
