PROSPECTIVE DESIGN PARTNERS

Build around a real problem.
Start with a bounded question.

We invite institutional teams to discuss a first research-feasibility workflow. Help define the question, the responsibilities and the evidence that would make a pilot worth pursuing.

WHO THE CONVERSATION IS FOR

A research owner.
A responsible institution.

Academic research groups, institutional data stewards, life sciences evidence teams and research operations teams with a specific resource-suitability problem.

Prepare a non-sensitive introduction

A useful starting point

  • A decision currently delayed by resource discovery or review.
  • A named research owner and a custodian willing to discuss the process.
  • Privacy, security and scientific reviewers who can define acceptance.
  • A sponsor or budget owner who can assess a scoped engagement.
  • Willingness to start with manufactured data and stop if the boundary fails.

No source records, identifiers or dataset samples are needed for this conversation.

A PROGRAMME WITH DECISION GATES

Define. Demonstrate.
Decide together.

  1. 01

    Discovery conversation

Map the current workflow, delay, decision owner and purchasing process. Confirm there is a problem worth solving.

Output: A non-sensitive problem statement and a decision to continue or stop.

  2. 02

    Joint scope

Choose one resource class, one question, review responsibilities and measurable acceptance. Scope, pricing, legal terms and timing require separate agreement.

Output: An agreed proposed scope; no medical-data permission is inferred.

  3. 03

    Synthetic evaluation

Build and inspect a reproducible manufactured-data workflow. Include missing review, expiry, revocation, changed artifact, wrong recipient and wider-task attempts.

Output: Recorded evidence, limitations and a go, revise or stop recommendation.

  4. 04

    Separate readiness decision

Consider real-data use only after institutional authority, anonymization method, security, agreements and operating controls are accepted.

Output: A separate, explicit approval process. No automatic transition to live research.

CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

Participation starts
with a conversation.

No partner is announced on this page. An enquiry creates no reservation, commercial agreement, data right or service entitlement. Public names, logos, quotes and case studies would require the organisation’s explicit approval.

Patient participation, compensation and recruitment are outside this programme. We do not ask prospective teams to send medical information through the website.
